As the grain corn planting here in the far west comes to an end, we are chopping our first crop of LG silage corn and turning around to plant corn again this next week.  We love to sell corn to the same fields twice in the same year.  The corn crops looks as good as it can as the temperatures have been soaring to north of 110 as of yesterday.  As long as our growers keep their corn crops hydrated they should be able to get through it.

We are in the process of staging our sorghum Sudan for planting behind some of our chopped silage fields in the weeks to come.  Alfalfa is starting to move as the price is soaring and our RRA and conventional varieties should hit growers fields by mid July.
