Trait Choices in Soybeans

weed management_1x1Waterhemp can reduce soybean yield by as much as 44%*. Do you have the tools you need to fight tough weeds this season?

The toughest weeds to tackle, like marestail, palmer amaranth, ragweed and waterhemp, just to name a few, have all shown resistance to single-mode of action herbicide programs and robbed farmers of clean fields and high yields. Stacked herbicide tolerant soybeans combat this issue, and our hand-selected portfolio of Group 0 to 5 soybeans offer the three industry-leading soybean trait packages so you can fight aggressive weeds head on.

RR2XtendSoybeans_4cpRoundup Ready 2 Xtend® Soybeans

Roundup Ready 2 Xtend® Soybeans are tolerant to two major herbicides: glyphosate and dicamba. They have been proven to show reliable, high-yielding performance. Farmers who fight heavy weed pressure or herbicide resistance in their fields may need additional herbicide tolerance.

XtendFlex_4cXtendFlex® Soybeans

XtendFex® Soybeans hit the market in 2021 and are tolerant to glyphosate, glufosinate and dicamba. Having the choice to spray any of these three herbicides pre- and post-planting provides more efficiency, efficacy and Dugan_1x1flexibility to control hard-to-kill weeds. LG Seeds agronomist Scott Dugan, CCA supports the consistent performance of XtendFlex® Soybeans:

“With the added herbicide flexibility, along with the performance we have come to expect from the XtendFlex® Soybeans lineup, this trait combination checks a lot of boxes for many farmers.”

Enlist_E3_4cEnlist E3® Soybeans

Enlist E3® Soybeans are tolerant to glyphosate, glufosinate and 2,4-D Choline. They’ve been in the market since 2019 and allow farmers another triple-stacked resistance to herbicides, adding flexibility to your weed management plan.

Make a seed choice, not a trait choice.
